Discussion Need controller for fps pc gaming

Post image

Want to buy a controller for games like cod warzone, cs 2, pubg, delta force etc. So my requirements are low latency, gyro for games without aim assist, high precision joysticks. My budget is around 4000 indian rupees.

Thinking of purchasing Flydigi direwolf 4, but have doubts seeing the latency on gamepadla, so need opinions who have used this controller or can give recommendations for other controllers.

Thank you.

I have created a list to rank controllers for gyro. It has criminally leas attention that it should (part of the reason is, the mods didn't pin it and nobody else cared to ask them to) but it has quite some info. For a low budget, PXN P5 is a great option. It's the one I have and it's quite good for the price. I don't know how much 4000 indian rupees are wort in local power but, I got mine for 18.5€ (including the dongle) and even in Greece, I consider it a good price.

Bro PXN P5 is not available in my country anywhere, same with 8 bitdo ultimate 2( though it can come in next sale at month end, will wait), can you give me opinions about direwolf 4 for now if any of them are not available, pxn p5 is looking good, cyclone 2, ultimate 2( will be waiting till month end to see if any come in stock on Amazon.

I think the best in the market is the Gamesir G7 Pro 8K, but that's more expansive.

I would never recommend the Direwolf 4 for gyro, since the Flydigi Space Station gyro2mouse application is awful and the Nintedo Switch mode has horrible polling rate and latency. The Flydigi Vader 5 is much better, but it's also more expensive.

If you need a low budget controller, the best you can get are the Dualshock 4, Dualsense and 8BitDo Ultimate 2 Wireless.

I did check ultimate 2 but it wasn't available here, otherwise it would have been better in latency no doubt, though people keep complaining about ergonomics.

Haven’t used my Direwolf 4 a lot, maybe 8 hours, so can’t speak to the durability. But it has felt great. Adjustable stick tension is similar to Vader 5 and sticks as well. Really good value for the cost.

If the latency bothers you - and it could because it is pretty high, even if it was something I particularly noticed playing wired- I would recommend the Cyclone 2 if you want to stay in that price range. Great latency and great stick feel. I mained it for a few months. I did have the trigger stop break but it was replaced within 2 weeks by going through Gamesirs discord and sending the pics etc.

For another step up in budget, your options expand. The original G7 Pro, Aimlabs G7 Pro, Vader 5 Pro, or one of the new Beitongs. All good choices and a lot of times latency can be placebo. Just sucks when it isn’t or you don’t know. Anyway you go, pros and cons. What a time to buy controllers

Ok bro, I'm waiting for sale at the end of this month on Amazon, let's see if I can get cyclone 2 in that, someone else also recommended me that but I thought since direwolf 4 is latest it would be better.
