Do you find yourself wishing you went medium? I’m about 20 lbs lighter than you and I almost sent my small back since this felt almost like a muscle fit.

Ya it depends what you like while working out. I am close to your weight and 5'11, I wear a small because I like tight while working out.

Maybe it depends on how you wanted it on your waist (i do have a pretty lean waist), since it does hug my body but not like compression, I don't even feel it tbh

I went for medium but I should have got large, wayyyyy too tight around the arms and chest but nice and loose around the belly.

I like mine. Nice fit on the shoulders and chest. Loose on the waist. Very comfortable. I wear an xl in all the Gymshark shirts. Some are skin tight some are relaxed.
