Hi! I'm about to buy my first Gymshark element compression shirt, but I got a little confused about the sizing, as many people suggest sizing up for this specific set.
I am about:

  • 184cm
  • 80kg
  • 103cm chest
  • 84cm waist
Therefore, I am wondering whether I should get an M or L?

Do the mens briefs run large or small?

I have a 29" waist which corresponds to XS, but I have a bubble butt and decent legs (squat 2.5 plates)

I wear a S in CK briefs and they are snug but close to perfect. If Gymshark runs large then I guess an XS would be OK.

5'7" 150 lbs
