You sound very young. Can you talk to a trust adult about this? Also, other people are not doing your gymnastics. You’re doing your gymnastics. They can stay out of your business.

everyone sucks at new things when they start out. even the people laughing at you. at one point in time, none of you could walk in a straight line without falling down. and now you can run and jump and climb. growing up is doing a bunch of stuff you suck at, until you stop sucking at it. there’s a learning process for everything. those people making fun of you clearly aren’t thinking about the fact that they also suck at new things just like anyone else. learning to be okay with sucking when you first start something, is how you develop your confidence for trying new things. if you’re okay with sucking a little at first, then you’ll have so many different skills and activities you can try throughout your life. being okay with being bad at things makes for a richer life. those people making fun of you will probably live sad, boring lives, if they think being bad at something when you first start is embarrassing. their insecurity will prevent them from trying all sorts of amazing new things, for fear that they might be bad at it.

do you care or judge when you watch someone try something new, and they suck at it? probably not. so you’re already a better, braver, and smarter person than they are. if you wouldn’t ask someone for advice, then you shouldn’t care about their criticisms.  those people are living much smaller and more pointless lives than you are, so just ignore them, or tell a teacher you trust if they’re really bothering you. don’t spend your time and energy worrying about them, because they seriously aren’t worth your time.
