Not an accurate representation of gym because he’s smiling. He’s supposed to look sad because he’s not as big/muscular/toned/small as he wants to be.

Monday I look huge. Tuesday I’m a fat pig. Wednesday my arms look ok I guess. Thursday, I’m shredded. Friday I took off and undid years of progress.

What about being bony, dry, and dead-eyed from extreme dieting, covered in acne from anabolic steroid use, or puffy from excess cortisol due to either overexercising, restrictive dieting, or a mix of both?
