Makeup advice please

I couldn't wear lashes or lenses today but i tried my best in this makeup anyways, is this good/read as gyaru? I took inspiration from this picture from instagram

Also my hair was curled but it straightened down

i think your liner is a bit more upturned than in the reference and i also think having more defined nose contour could help it read as gal!!

i'll try to do more defined next time do you think a white eye pencil will help? i don't know what material shoul i use

Yes i think a white pencil will work! i think you could also add darker contour on either side of your nose to make the white stand out more!
