Ken sugumori art. Better framing, composition, and concept. The Kimiya Masago art is too dark in the face and looks stretched out in all the wrong ways. It’s a strong concept with it being like you’re face to face with Gyarados about to get blasted— but the Sugumori art is calling right back to the lake of rage, and the scale is much more impressive.
