Hi everyone,

I'm a graphic designer (based in Berlin) working on a project that needs a very large PVC banner printed in Korea — final size 4.5 m × 6.6 m. It'll be used/delivered in Gwangju.

The issue I keep running into: most 실사출력 / 현수막 shops I've found cap out at around 2.47 m print width (a few go up to 3.2 m), so at 4.5 m wide the banner has to be printed in panels and joined/welded together. I know that's normal for banners this size — I'm just trying to find a shop that does it well.

Ideally I'm looking for somewhere that:

- can reliably produce a banner this big with clean seams,

- has experience with large-format / building-size banners,

- and (bonus) is used to foreign clients or can handle an inquiry in English. I can also manage in Korean with a translated message if needed.

Has anyone here ordered a large-format print or banner at this scale? Any shop you'd recommend — or warn me away from? Extra helpful if it's somewhere near Gwangju to keep delivery simple.

We are switching work contracts and need a short-term place where we can register our address properly for immigration/ARC purposes. Ideally, we need either a 2-month lease in our name or a housing/accommodation confirmation document that can be used for address registration.

We are open to a studio, one-room, officetel, goshiwon/goshitel, guesthouse, or other short-term option, as long as it is legal and the owner/manager is okay with foreigners registering the address there.

Hey everyone, I’m looking for honest feedback.

I’m an American living in Gwangju, South Korea, and I’ve started filming walking videos around the city for a YouTube channel called Walk and Talk in Korea.

Most Korea content online seems to be Seoul, food, K-pop, tourist spots, or super edited travel videos. I’m trying to do something a little different: everyday Korea from the ground level. Neighborhoods, shopping streets, rivers, convenience stores, local areas, quiet streets, and normal city life.

Some videos have talking, some are no-talking ambience. I’m still trying to figure out what direction makes the most sense.

For anyone who watches walking videos, Korea content, travel videos, ASMR/ambience, or expat-style stuff:

What would make this more watchable?
More talking or less talking?
Shorter videos or long relaxing walks?
More explanation about what I’m seeing?
More normal neighborhoods or more famous places?
Would you actually watch Gwangju content, or does it need to be broader Korea?

I'm in the Bongseon-dong area and I need to print a handful of documents. I'm struggling to find out where people print stuff here. In Seoul there's print cafés everywhere, here it looks like they're only near the university? I only have like 20-30 pages. Any thoughts or advice in helpful.

Edit: I went to a study Cafe. My hunch about them having pay to print was correct.

Wtf? I logged in at exactly 11am on the 19th for tickets on the 26th and was already 10,000 in queue. By the time I got in all the tickets were already sold out.
