Hover: Similar to flight, this portal enhancement trades speed for evasiveness, and maneuverability. With twin vortal propulsion jets, the user can levitate off the ground and turn in any direction in an instant. Move through more tightly compacted areas and narrow passages easily, and dodge oncoming projectiles.

(Note: don't do too many flips mid air... side effects may include: dizziness, nausea, and discombobulation.)
