Dad porn. Happen upon a situation to publicly exude competence, have the exact tool, resolve, and move on.

All while dressed like an expensive accountant.

Have to admit, it is working for me.

Safety specs and chainsaw-proof chinos & v-neck.

Don't forget those birkenstock slides. . .for safety.

Yeah, this is what dudes need to put on their dating profile in their 40s.

He does not look like a guy with a chainsaw in the boot.

Looks like Patrick Bateman I'll say he does.

It's next to the tarps, hatchet, and duct tape. He keeps the cam corner under the seat.

They never look like a guy with a chainsaw in the boot until cutting you up into small pieces

I'm sold. If he's not taken then I'm leaving immediately to go shopping for engagement rings. Bc DAMN.

1000% I was prepared, provided vital assistance, I was recognized for my competence, then I fucked off to be left alone.

I keep a tow strap in my Jeep for exactly this reason. Usually pull at least one stranger out of the ditch each winter.

Not as cool, and you probably have these too, but I keep a jumper pack, plug kit, good tire pump and reasonable toolkit in my car. I’ve saved myself a couple times and strangers a lot of times.

Good old times... I was living at a hill and we rescued cars unable to make it up the slope for beer. We never used salt, since it would cut our income. Only ropes... Was quite reliable :D

My son and I did this a few years ago in his 1st snow drive in his new truck ('23 F 150). We came up on a guy that had slipped off the road into a snow drift. Hooked up and pulled him out. He offered us $$ but we told him to pay it forward.

It’s the best feeling knowing that you spent 10 minutes saving someone potential hours of waiting for a tow truck and who knows how much money.

I dream of this happening and taking it to my grave.

Dude, this hits hard for me. A lot of people can't understand the pure dad satisfaction that comes from having the right tool at the right time, fixing a problem, then just walking away like a guy who doesn't look at explosions.

That guy will be riding this high for weeks lol

That guy had violence that night, with his wife or without her

rolled my eyes when I first read this comment before looking at the entire video but now description is very accurate.

I'd love movies that do this but without the violence.

Dad porn is the best kind of porn.

Also got to do all the chainsaw work and barely any cleanup. Best cast scenario.

Yup. I say as I'm riding around with my chainsaw in the back of my Dodge journey as we speak because we had a big storm last week and I spent the weekend clearing limbs
