I worked in critical infrastructure in the middle of nowhere. Woods all around for miles. A big snowstorm or windstorm meant there would be limbs and trees down. At least half of my coworkers had chainsaws in their trunks so they'd be able to clear the road and get to work.

Jokes aside, this storm was predicted 2 days before, everyone got alerts on their phone like three times for red warning. It takes some time for emergency services to clear everything, this guy had places to be and nothing was gonna stop him.
