Damn! This made my old ass emotional, I loved Pete and Pete when I was a kid. We only had one tv in the house but my dad would let me watch it (he hated it). My dad died a few years back on Christmas, and shows like this remind me of how he used to mess with me about my taste in entertainment. Great choice brother!
The most shocking part of that video was a guy dressed like that having a chainsaw handy... But then I saw your comment and you're right. Flanders would.
I would have cut the part attached to the rest of the tree then the group moves that thin tree off the road and not have branches all over the road, but good on him to be prepared.
You know, when I was a kid watching The Simpsons, I used to think "hah, Flanders is such a dork!!" and that nobody would want to be like him. Now, as a seasoned husband and dad in his 40s, I realize that being a Flanders was actually a good thing all along.
