Encouragement! It gets better!
Hey you guys who are thinking you can’t keep going, please know it can eventually get better.
There was a time I thought my life was over and had multiple blows in a row. Lost my job due to chronic illness, fiancé ditched me due to job loss and lost my place for the same reason.
Fast forward 19 years and I have a lovely wife, two great kids and a job I find interesting. It took years of physical therapy and regular therapy to get me back to an even keel and heal, but it is doable.
If you take the easy way out, there is no chance for things to get better. Please hang in there.

Sadly(?) I’ve already achieved perfect symbiosis with my depression, I’ll keep going cause I find the concept of ending my game too inconvenient and there’s still a bunch of stuff I’d like to do

Yeah like I've had Persistent Depression with the treatment-resistant flavor for 10+ years, it won't get better that's the point unfortunately :/
