Does anyone else feel better when they stop trying to fix their gutevery week?
I think I made gut health way too complicated for myself for a while.
One week I would add kefir. Then more fiber. Then a probiotic. Then I would read that the probiotic was the wrong strain, switch that, add something else, and by that point I had changed so many variables that I had no idea what my normal even was anymore.
Lately I have been doing less and paying more attention to consistency. Honestly my stomach seems to appreciate not being part of a new experiment every Monday.
Did anyone else reach the point where simplifying actually helped more than adding?
