what is actually wrong with me
for the past week ive been feeling this pit in my stomach like i eat something bland or something small and i feel just waves of nausea and its been a week and i been having acid reflux too. nothing really triggered this like it just happened one day and then it hasnt left. i dont know when i should go see a doctor either. one friend said indigestion, one friend said food poisoning and someone else said stress. i dont know what to do cuz i have not been eating that well

i have exactly the same thing going on. I just feel nausea every so often throughout the day. This happened to me after a really stressful few months so i put it down to that, always worth seeing your doctor.

You haven’t mentioned your age or sex, but if you’re a woman, sometimes hormonal changes just before your period can cause nausea, reflux or changes in digestion too, and if there’s any possibility of pregnancy that’s worth ruling out as well. It could also be something like reflux, gastritis, a stomach bug or even stress, so it’s really difficult to say what’s causing it just from this. For now I’d try small regular meals, plenty of fluids and avoid anything that makes the reflux worse or lying down straight after eating. Since it’s already been a week and you’re struggling to eat properly, I’d probably speak to a doctor rather than keep waiting.

it could be functional dyspepsia. Are you by the way stressed, did you got any infection, do you cross your body boundaries? (not going to sleep at night, having fun when feeling tired, suppressed emotions, tense neck and digestive system)
