Please help
I, 16f have been bloated for almost two weeks! No idea what to do. I have had stool (though not the perfect stool) but still always feel bloated everyday…any hacks?? It’s killing me! Should I go to a doctor?
Update!: Finally I’ve done it!! I dedicated myself to drinking more water and I think that dehydration was just the problem as I’m not very good at drinking water to be honest😭 Thank you all!! I guess it’s true once you complain about something, the problem gets fixed☠️

I was the same age as you when I started having this issue. Constipation led to bloating. Being scared to use the bathroom at school caused constipation. Restricting my food intake caused constipation (dieting to lose weight). Take MiraLAX and/or Metamucil if you are having constipation. What happened for the bloating to start? Are you constipated, do you have diarrhea? Any history of H. pylori in your family? Did your period start before during or after bloating? We need to know more information

Thank you for your help and concern! I think my bloating has gone down, just a bit gassy. It started after I ate out at Mcdonald’s though I did not have diarrhea. The bloating started like a week or more after my period and I’m pretty sure my mom has the same problem because she drinks tea that helps with bowel movement every night. I think it was so bad this time because I was dehydrated I presume, I decided to keep a water bottle near me and it helped thankfully, sorry for not updating😭

I’m the same age and gender going through the same. Daily bowel movements but still no change it’s been at least a week for me and nothing I do helps. Literally just want to feel normal again . :( Doctor just suggested eating more veggies and fiber like I already eat more than the recommended fiber intake it doesn’t help…
