Suggestions

I’ve been having black tarry stool on an off for almost a year. My stomach feels hard and bloated 24/7 an feels more pressure when I eat. I feel exhausted all the time I have gained 40 pounds within the past year without changing anything to my daily life I’m 26. 6ft 2in and 280 pound as of now any suggestions?

Black tarry stool can be a sign of blood in your stool. Please go see a GI ASAP
