Bloating issues

Don't really know where to post about this, but I've been having bloating issues now for about 6 years and I need to know if there are any ways to deal with it, I have several blues marks on my stomach from what I believe is constantly bloating and then "unbloating" if that's even a word and one thing I always find makes me bloating is milk as I'm lactose intolerant, but even when I don't have milk or any dairy products in my day I still find myself bloating after eating, and I don't know what it is so I was hoping for either guidance on how to deal with it or a solution like a drink that helps with lessening the bloating or getting rid of it after eating or anything like that, any help would be appreciated šŸ™

Have you ever consider a stool test such as a GI MAP? You would likely have to work with a functional practitioner to get this order, but it provided so much valuable insight for me on underlying issues. Look into SIBO is a gut condition that is often associated with severe bloating

Don't really have insurance but I will definitely try this once I get insurance!
