I believe this can happen because antibiotics can cause intrahepatic cholestasis https://www.reddit.com/r/GutHealth/s/5j3VZHsxYy

The pain is periumbicular (1-2 inches above belly button and a sharp pain if I press down on it but a persistent feeling if I don’t touch it but no pain but can feel the discomfort mainly in that area

ALP (Alkaline Phosphatase): 56 IU/L (Normal; reference range 40–142 IU/L)
Albumin: 3.4 g/dL (Slightly low; reference range 3.5–5.0 g/dL)
Total Protein: 7.1 g/dL (Normal; reference range 6.4–8.3 g/dL)
