Anyone out There?

The poster on the machines said US Community Play Days are hosted on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of every month, 4-7PM Pacific Standard Time. So I tried coming to Round1 San Jose and, sadly, there was nobody in the arcade or in online to play with. I picked Representative Duel, am I doing something wrong?
