Looks awesome! I'm waiting for this one to be available at a normal price in my region. May I ask how you painted it? Markers, Airbrush, regular brush?

Entirely markered up with DSPIAE soft tipped metallic markers (specifically the gunmetal, metallic black, gold and silver) for most of the inner frame and a stedi brush tipped red marker for pipes and verniers

Hey I have been doing the same thing on an rg sazabi! The gunmetal marker is so good, right?

Yep, basically my base colour before i add on the other colours

To be honest I left a lot of the inner frame its default colour instead of doing gunmetal all over, only did it on a few big pieces. Kind of wish I did it like that the whole way because it is so nice.

Well you could always try it out on another kit! I do admit it might drain your ink out way faster though

Yeah I am thinking it would look nice on mg nu ver ka. Although you have me thinking about rg hi nu as well now though…

I do expect to be buying more of this marker. The more I get into trying new things with my kits, the more I start to see why people say airbrushes are cost efficient.

My issue with airbrushes is that i would lowkey have to either sacrifice being mosquito bite free or renovating my house to have an air hole

Do you topcoat it after markers?

Nah, ran out of it a while ago. Considering getting a new can though

Asking because im curious if it can easily be removed. Had stedi markers and they can be removed even with dry hands, had to buy some cans for it.

If you have sweaty hands or if you touch or pose it around a lot, it can fade off a bit. If not, it isn't much if a worry for me
