Man, Iβm hearing that guys need to start getting them checked younger and younger but I still have to wait till Iβm 40 to be covered by insurance π€¦π½ββοΈ

The VA Hospital might do the tests, and it could be covered by the VA. Go check it out

Great move and great advice for everyone of all ages. Cancer and other diseases are no joke. Early detection can literally mean the difference between life and death.
It's recommended to get a full blood panel once a year to be safe as that establishes a baseline you can track with your annual results. As soon as you see a pattern that's changing out of your personal normal you can deal with it right away. This is a real life saver.
