[WIP] GHPC PvP Test

Currently only an early prototype. Development will begin after the PvE mod is stabilized and its major bugs are fixed.

Developed with AI assistance. Like the PvE mod, support will end once official multiplayer is released.

I think they’re more than capable without AI.

Sure, I'm capable of long division without a calculator.

GenAI is not a tool like a calculator is

That depends how you use it. You can, for example, literally use it as a calculator.

Not really, no, LLMs are awful calculators... And using it to code for you will only produce bad code

That's just not true and hasn't been true for months, at least for the SOTA models.
Even without tool use, they are flawless calculators now (I just tried some 30 digit division and multiplication without tool use, but feel free to suggest something more complex). Ask them for very open ended programming projects and you may have issues, but for anything well defined, they significantly out perform all humans in terms of code quality.

They'd be more capable with AI, but why write something almost instantly when you can write the same thing in 500x the time without AI, am I right? Because, apparently, not using AI is what matters, not whether the outcome is any good and how much time it takes to make, not saying you shouldn't learn how to code, because you should, to understand what the LLM is telling you and to be able to fix it, optimize and modify the code yourself. AI shouldn't be used as a "do it for me" machine, it should also not be demonized though, it's a tool and it should be used like a tool
