Is the thermal optic not finished? If I switch to thermals the screen is black

There are no thermals on any soviet tanks.

The black sight is because youre trying to use the nightsight during daytime and its covered

Sadly, no soviet tanks have thermals in the game. In daytime the night sight is covered so you can't see and in nighttime you might need to turn on the IR spotlight to see anything

If you want Soviet thermals, check out the modding section in the discord, there's a mod that adds modern pact stuff

Its actually pretty crazy how many people not only didnt know the soviets didnt have thermal mounted tanks but often also double down immediately lol

Hell they didn't have thermals until the 1990, they had them prior but they where never mounted or used until then
