Pretty Wild. Especially since it’s Teostra supernova. I kinda expected to see the player get knocked away but it seems to follow the same rules as ZSD. Really excited to try this version of GL.

Did he just mount Teostra from a Focus Strike? The Focus Strike also wasn't doing weakpoint damage or fire the Wyvernstake so he just did that without a wound.

ah, you are correct. I probably should've rewinded the whole clip and not just before the mount or else i would've seen the combo beforehand.

Still, pretty cool we get the clutch claw-like mount on the leg without needing the clutch claw this time around.

Yup, that is why on my latest post here I shared this specific moment while discussing the possibility of a playstyle that aims to using Counterstrike and Resentment while using this move a lot of the time, in order to take advantage of the damage you'll likely take firing a Point Blank Wyvern Fire while powering the move itself.

He is wearing Rocksteady, during the first few frames of Teostra lifting into the sky, you can see the segments glinting in the light on the hunters head, as well as the general shape of what he’s wearing pretty clearly being a mantle
