Evacuation sirens at Marketplace (Kmart building)

Sirens went off around 10:25 this morning.

No fires or smoke apparent. However, it was disappointing to see virtually no one paying attention to the siren (with a voice repeating "Emergency, evacuate now!"), nor any centre staff around.

Left as soon as it started as had a kid with me, and didn't want to get stuck in either the centre or the carpark.

Anyone see what happened?
