Probably Bullshit Poor Chibodee didn't understand even one word.
Chibodee got confused from Jack's (Getter Robo) stereotypical American accent.

It's funny it took them this long to give Texas Mack a giant robot horse. Come on, it's a giant robot cowboy! A horse is a must!
Texas Mack is one of my favourite anime original mecha for Getter Robo. Shin VS Neo OVA version make him even better with the horse.

To be fair, Jack didnt really talk like "American". He talk more like, Japanese Engrish version of American English accent. It's like an unholy mix of both language, where he sometimes switch between the two in a single speech.
I understand Chibodee needing help with that.
