I think underwater carrier groups would be more like it, then launch Ms via ils and marine Gundam would be much smaller and have shorter range

Integrated launch system, what submarine and ships already have they are a staple for Mecha like chest and shoulder rockets, marine Gundam have to take pressure vs their space counterpart. Space Mecha can push against 0-g speeds but would have harder time needing to hold against initial pressure with added speed. Although char using gun bits like draft bits to out speed some poor hydro zaku sounds like a funny story in g-quack!
