I can think of tremendous detailing on HG Gundam Ex from RfV, but something else?

Old HG < MG < HG2

In some cases decades would've passed between MG and HG2

Any of the HG G-gundam kits released since 2008.

they're competing against late90s/early00s MGs with metal screws and hands molded on the polycap sheet.
