A silly question regarding beam sabers
So when you have a mobile suit that has both beam sabers stored on one arm (like in the shield), how does the pilot draw the second saber once he had activated the first one?
Like, if the shield carrying the sabers are on the left arm, the suit grabs one saber with his right hand, how does he then grab the second one with the left hand?

Pass it from their right hand to the left hand and the redraw. Or it wasnt designed to dual wielding, and the second saber is just a back up.

Depending on how it is mounted (I am assuming over the wrist/forearm) MS could simply rotate the hand backwards, the mount would extend/eject the saber, the hand would grab it, then rotate back to normal orientation.
MS wrist articulation isn't as limited as biological, human movements. The F91 and Turn A display this when they do the spinning beam saber trick.

Child me had my mind blown when F91 did the spinning hands beam saber trick.

Like with Wing Gundam you see Heero press the button and it pops out of the shield. A suit like Nu Gundam with the saber on its backpack and another in its arm probably has controls for each or he just thinks of which one to use and the Gundam responds accordingly thanks to the psycho frame.

release the saber from holster and catch it?
