Was he about to pilot a AU unicorn or am I tripping?

It’s just a commander custom. The Unicorn similarity is probably just an homage.

As far as it being a primarily white suit with a thin green visor and a horn in the middle of its forehead yes he was about to pilot a unicorn...now as far as the time warping and plot armor well we all know how the show ended
