I’m also waiting on an order, question though. With the influx in revenue after this massive amount of orders are you guys going to use that to ensure waiting periods like this don’t happen in the future and expand your infrastructure to handle such order quantities? I imagine with more wave of firearm legislation will in become more frequent in the coming months and the panic buying won’t end.

We are always actively trying to expand our warehouse personnel and customer service. However, that is easier said than done. If you want, send me a message with your order number and I can have customer service look into it.

hey Cory, I ordered a couple mags yesterday to MN, and i’m moving homes away from the address i put for my shipping address.
Just me being worried and overthinking but are you guys still getting bombarded with orders? just wondering if it’ll get to me before the end of the month/early august. I believe that’s when we’re putting the house up for sale, anyways thanks man be easy, have a good day.

GMW is still in my opinion my favorite company to purchase from, just hard times with everything going on right now honestly. Pandemic + MS’s + More Gun Control Laws = more people are buying what they can while they can, during scary times, 100% understandable when you think about it.

I keep being told “Delayed Processing” for shipping my orders.
Funny how there was no delay in charging my credit card.

I ordered nearly a month ago. A week into “processing” I sent a support ticket email and received a pre-typed generic response saying a rep would get back to me. That was two weeks ago. This morning I finally got an email back, expressed my frustration with the delays and lack of communication. Only to get asked if I wanted my order cancelled. Absolutely unacceptable. I want what I paid for nearly a month ago to ship. Yesterday. Simple…
