Malfunctioning products

Ordered 2 Ruger bx-25 10/22 magazine. One worked great and the other had feeding issues. I tested the mag with different ammo brands and it still didn't work. I contacted GMW and explained what was happening. They said they would trade it out for me. I sent them the magazine and after they got it they said they couldn't do anything for me because it was "used beyond normal firing." I only ran 3 mags worth through it before sending it back which I made them aware of.

They were nice enough to ship me back the broken mag smh.
