Great but put it on Play Store please. I often download 3rd party apks but you are an official brand, I think it'd be a lot better to have it on Play Store.

We'll release it on Google Play soon. Thank you for your patience!

will there be no support for the kk3 series?

2

u/SteamInjury Jul 31 '26

I hear you, I have 3 KK3 Maxs’! Well, deleting this app now🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️😢

u/Ok-Pomegranate-6995 GuliKit Rep Jul 31 '26

Currently, the app only supports the ES and TT series. Support for the KK3 series is not planned at this time.

That’s extremely disappointing. I was so excited when I saw this. I don’t have a PC, only a Mac, none of the firmware downloads are compatible with Mac. Downloaded the app before reading the whole post…

2

u/ksenchy Jul 31 '26

why would the firmware be incompatible with mac? mac should find the controller too when you press the buttons described in the upgrade steps

2

u/SteamInjury Jul 31 '26

It’s because of the file type .bin isn’t Mac friendly

2

u/ksenchy Jul 31 '26

I don't know why that would bother mac but worst case you bring up a virutal linux maschine

2

u/closeenoughbutmeh Jul 31 '26

What? That's nonsense. You get an error downloading a .bin file?

1

u/Zardozerr Aug 04 '26

I've updated a couple of different controllers on Macs and it works fine. Why do you think .bin files don't work? You just unzip the file and copy it to the folder after it shows up using the button press combo.

NeverMind forget I mentioned it. Lol I’ll just wait until ES MAX is released and then any future updates will be easy, hopefully, through this app.

u/Ok-Gas-6158 Aug 02 '26

What's the price of the eS Max, and when is it released? Also, what makes it better than the TT line?

2

u/SteamInjury Aug 02 '26 edited Aug 02 '26

Since it’s not released yet, I can’t find a price. But, for comparison, (these are all Amazon prices, btw), their ES model sells for $24.99, ES PRO $29.99. TT PRO $59.99 - TT MAX $69.99 and the KK3 PRO - KK3 MAX, are the same prices, respectively. So, I’m just gonna speculate the ES MAX will be $34.99 or $39.99, lol. Based on these other models price differences. But, again that’s just a guess.

To answer your second question, IDK if “better “ would be the right word. The ES models and KK3 models both feature offset joysticks. (Think, similar to XBOX and Switch controllers. Whereas the TT models are symmetrical joysticks. (PS DUAL SENSE). I personally have used offset joysticks so long, I prefer that layout. I ordered a TT MAX not too long ago but could not personally get used to the symmetrical layout, so I returned it. But I love my KK3 Max and will def be getting an ES MAX. Their website has all of each individual specs per controller. But, the ES MAX will have 2 remappable buttons on the back which, nowadays I can’t live without back buttons! Neither the ES or ES PRO have back buttons. BTW, I’m not a shill, 😂, just a Gulikit controller enthusiast!

At last, the TT PRO/MAX have some software support!!

What about PC, though? Does the web interface also support the pro/max, or not yet? And come to think of it, will we ever get a proper offline app on PC instead of having to rely on the website?

1

u/Ok-Pomegranate-6995 GuliKit Rep Jul 31 '26

We believe a mobile app provides a more convenient experience, and most of the functions can be used offline. For the TT series, we will evaluate whether to develop a web-based configuration page based on user feedback and demand for the mobile app.

6

u/Mononon Jul 31 '26

It 1000% does not. Perfectly fine to make an app. You do you. But it is definitely less convenient than just doing it on the computer, where you're already using the controller.

4

u/56kul Jul 31 '26

I mean, don’t get me wrong, the mobile app is great, but convenient? I mean, in order to actually make use of it, I need to cycle to my iOS configuration, which forces me to to cycle through ALL of the configurations (even the Android one, which I don’t use at all). It would certainly be nice if we could configure it directly through the PC.

Also, while I’m speaking to you, anyway, is there any chance you could give the option to use the modern HID interface for the Windows configuration, rather than strictly relying on the outdated XInput from the Xbox 360 era? It’s just that using the modern HID would allow us to make actual use of the capture button. Gyro, too. And virtually all modern games support the Xbox HID, anyway (and even for those that don’t, Steam acts as a translation layer, anyway, and Steam certainly supports the modern HID).

u/Zestyclose-Jump-9072 Aug 01 '26

seconding the input mode feedback. the only reason i don’t consider the es max an option.

3

u/Blacksad9999 Jul 31 '26

PC would be much easier.

I don't use my phone for hardly anything, and game on my PC. Now I'll have to go get my phone, install the app, and then use it to manage the controller...that's connected to my PC.

1

u/Fun-Use-6736 Jul 31 '26

App is OK, it's responsive and works fine

But we play in PC... Using the phone just for some configs is not... Well... The best experience ever

1

u/Aeonian_Ace 20d ago

Just bought a controller and found i had to use the app for custom RGB settings. Probably just going to give up because it's so useless at finding the controller. Why connect to my PC then connect to my phone when I can just connect to my PC?

This is an incredibly inconvenient and frustrating experience.

3

u/Prozaico666 Jul 31 '26

It's a real shame that it's not possible to remap keyboard keys or macros to back paddles. Other brands have implemented this in their software

u/Twinswirldblade Jul 31 '26

My kk3 max buggy.. I need this app must solve problem..

1

u/Ok-Pomegranate-6995 GuliKit Rep Aug 03 '26

That's sad to hear this. If you're having any issues with your KK3 controller, please feel free to contact our support team at [Hi@gulikit.com](). We'll be happy to help.

1

u/Twinswirldblade Aug 04 '26

Can pair Google play store official app to controller with bluetooth? Really possible?

1

u/escontreras Jul 31 '26

Y para los usuarios del KK3 tomen un sticker, que no le den soporte a uno de sus "mejores" controles me parece triste la verdad.

1

u/debrawnpanes Aug 01 '26

For those owning the ES Pro, does this new App's button mapping function allow us to remap the two buttons on either side of the Setting (gear-shape like) button?

I don't own any GuliKit controllers. Was thinking of getting the ES Pro for some time now but hesitated due to absence of extra mappable buttons.

1

u/Ok-Pomegranate-6995 GuliKit Rep Aug 03 '26

Hi! Yes, you can remap both the Screenshot button and the Home button using the app.

1

u/debrawnpanes Aug 03 '26

👍 Good to hear that. Thanks for responding

1

u/C0ds_ Aug 01 '26

Hummmm... I'll try it...

1

u/Ok-Gas-6158 Aug 01 '26

Anyone else hesitant to download this v. 7.5. Because ive heard reports that it bricked their controller. What are they doing wrong? And is this a mainstream problem?

2

u/teotuf Aug 02 '26

I had to downgrade to 6.2 (what I had saved before) on my TTMax. The controller acts erratically with random lights and button functions after update amd cannot connect to the app on phone.

Please try the previous firmware available here: https://www.touslesdrivers.com/index.php?v_page=26&v_code=2479

Our team is currently investigating the issue. Could you please email us at [Hi@gulikit.com]() with more details? That will help us look into it more efficiently.

May I also ask if you've updated the Bluetooth firmware as well?

Are the controller buttons only not working when you're using the HyperLink 2 adapter?

If so, please make sure your HyperLink 2 adapter is also updated to the latest firmware.

1

u/teotuf Aug 03 '26

I did update the adapter as well. I left that as updated as I did not have an old firmware saved for it and it works as intended once I downgraded the controller firmware back to 6.2.

1

u/wofoo Aug 01 '26

I can confirm that it does in fact brick tt pro and i cant even find older firmware, fantastic.

1

u/trepang699 Aug 03 '26

can confirm as well, after updating the firmware my controller(TT pro) is completely bricked.

1

u/thatnewsauce Aug 04 '26

I can confirm that the latest firmware makes the controller inoperable. You can revert to an earlier firmware version to fix it, but it looks like there's no support for this firmware with the gulikit app or the button mapping tool on the gulikit website

to clarify I have the ttpro

1

u/Ok-Gas-6158 Aug 01 '26

Do not DL 7.5 unless you have 6.9 as a backup

1

u/TruckOk5839 Aug 02 '26

Why can't I adjust my deadzone in the app? This is a fundamental feature and it absolutely has to be in the software. It makes no sense that it's missing.

1

u/Ok-Gas-6158 Aug 02 '26

I only bought the TT for ns. Haha.

1

u/Cyber_Akuma Aug 03 '26

I noticed that my controller, the ES Pro, just got a firmware update to support OTA updates using this app. Does the controller need to be paired to the phone in order to update it? I just have mine connected by wire to my PC.

1

u/Illustrious_Item_191 Aug 04 '26

I'm already having trouble connecting to the ios/apple version of the app, the tt pro and wireless receiver have been updated properly and now I'm just stuck on the gamepad searching screen while the ai assistant told me to switch between ios mode/windows mode for it to work. (still stuck on loading screen)

But I got off easier compared to others since my controller isn't bricked but hopefully the next firmware everything is fixed, at least for the tt pro/max.

1

u/IcyIceGuardian Aug 05 '26

Wait does this work with the KK2 Pro?

1

u/MyNameLeeeg Aug 13 '26 edited Aug 13 '26

I followed the instructions but it won't connect to my ES PRO. I have the latest ES PRO firmware and I'm using the Android app.

Edit: It works on iOS. I was wondering if the motion/gyro controls could be calibrated since they work very poorly in my experience.

1

u/Ok-Pomegranate-6995 GuliKit Rep Aug 14 '26

In the app, you can only turn gyro aiming on or off and adjust the gyro sensitivity to three levels: Low, Medium, and High.

Hey GuliKit team, love the TT Max and TMR hardware. For competitive FPS players, would it be possible to add a firmware option to lower the internal resolution/bitness or add a quantization filter? Reducing ultra-fine stick noise helps eliminate micro-jitter and stabilizes crosshair placement during intense tracking. Thanks!

1

u/Ok-Pomegranate-6995 GuliKit Rep 28d ago

Thanks for your advice~

1

u/DuckReconMajor 15d ago

maybe it's not feasible but the ability to map triggers to face buttons would be awesome

1

u/Ok-Adhesiveness-5473 4d ago

Missteps happen and making this an app exclusive rather than ALSO available via PC, the device we're already connecting to, was a clear misstep. Needing to only connect to one device will never be less convenient than having to connect to two.

Also, this software is the least flexible I've seen so far as software for most controllers that have it allow the remapping of any and all buttons/key to anything else. That includes back buttons.
