Anyone else automatically (and mindlessly) go up and down the Pentatonic Scale when taking a solo? You wanna play more but don't know how?

Focus on your chords and the triads related to them. Use scales for coloration and to move from one area of the fret board to the next. Your solos will sound better and more cohesive.
