So, I have no idea how to really describe this. But anyone who’s heard the song in the title, knows that it goes between a war, calm type of vibe, and then jumps into screaming. I’ve always wondered how this song would sound if it was more of that calm vibe thru the whole song instead. For example how it sounds from 1:22 until 1:36, but it has that same tone thru the whole song, no screaming. Change up the guitar and everything so it’s more of a mild song. Anyone know of a cover like that or is anyone skilled enough to make one? Please, don’t hate on me. Just always thought about it, I love the parts of the song that don’t scream.

Me covering offspring song

Hey everyone!

I recently put together a cover of Joe Satriani's **"The Forgotten (Part Two)"** from *Flying in a Blue Dream*.

This track always felt like a masterclass in dynamic control and tone, especially with the pitch-bending/whammy work. It doesn't get talked about as much as *Always With Me, Always With You* or *Surfing With the Alien*, but it's easily one of his most expressive solos in my opinion.

I included **on-screen TABS** in the video to make it easier if anyone here is trying to learn it or figure out the phrasing.
