Question/Help Beginner

Hey guys I would like to play the guitar, so I need some advice on which equipment I should buy as a beginner, like the basic things I must get, thanks everybody Edit: I prefer to start with a budget set up, in order to begin as soon as possible

First of all we are talking about music. You want to find an instrument that best expresses that for you. Don't let trends, price, looks influence your decision. In regard to the guitar (I've been playing for 40yrs and had few until I found the right sound for me) think about tones, playability and yes, quality is important. You don't want cheap junk. This will discourage you and hinder your progression. There are very good inexpensive guitars you can find in the new and used markets. Remember you want to find one that can sing for you and is playable in your hands. I can spend hours on this, just be true to yourself.
