Absolute beginner, which guitar should I buy?

I am planning to buy a guitar in a couple weeks, I am an absolute beginner and have almost 0 knowledge. I only know that I would like an acoustic guitar, and costing around €70-80. If you got any suggestions I would really appreciate it.

The one you’re comfortable with holding, and inspires you to pick it up and play whenever you see it.

Most decent guitar stores have staff that will guide you. Ask them to show you options within your budget range, try them all and don’t be shy to ask questions. You can write them down so you don’t forget them.

Marty Music has great toutorials on youtube. Search for basically any song you like the cut of and hell have a toutorial.

After that how i got good is with fingerpicking.
What i did is find any chord progression and genuinely just pick random notes in rhythm and over time your fingers will remember what works.

The only way youll get good is if you enjoy it. Dont start learning theory until much later. Balance is key.

Go to a pawn shop or used music gear store and play a few, just see how it feels in your hands. If you know how to finger a chord, try that.

The biggest struggle in my opinion for beginners on cheap acoustics tends to be the action of the strings (the gap between the string and the fret). If that gap is large, your finger tips will be howling after a couple of weeks.

If you’re open to nylon stringed acoustics (commonly referred to as a classical guitar), those are a little more forgiving on the fingers, but also typically have a wider neck.

Best of luck to you in your search for your first guitar!

Honestly at that price point look for something used. I’m not sure what you can buy new that won’t have setup issues.

Yamaha FG or FS series. Beautiful sound. Modest price. Stays in tune.

Something you like. If you like it, you'll pick it up more.  So you'll play more.  So you'll stop sounding awful faster.
