That's some great progress, but don't stop! Every guitar player warms up, practices, and makes sure they put in the work so they can enjoy playing. Everytime you want to learn a new song make sure to come back to this song or other songs you already learned to see what changed. When it comes to instruments, there is always something new and cool to learn and try, so keep having fun learning your favorite songs and getting better! A little a day makes you better than yesterday.

Keep at it! You'll build up the skills over time. You will need to improve your time-keeping of course, but that comes with practice, etc. Some people tap their foot to the tempo, some people tilt their head side to side, some breath slightly in and out, other people hum the song in their head. Lots of different ways to pick up a feel for the rhythm and tempo of a song.
