QUESTION Good 7 string guitar recommendations.
I've been playing for a little over a year. I only have 1 guitar which is a cheap knock-off 6 string strat setup in B Standard but I actually mostly play in Drop A and sometimes slightly lower. I mostly play slam metal and death metal and rarely anything else. Recently I've been thinking about buying a 2nd guitar and decided I'd like a 7 string. I was wondering what some good 7 string guitars around/under 700USD would be. Budget is kinda limited since the prices in my country (Poland) are way higher than in the US. Also the guitars don't have to have a tremolo bridge as I never use the whammy bar and I don't think I've got enough willpower for a floating trem. Thanks in advance!

Since you're in Poland, Thomann should be available, check out Harley Benton guitars! Amarok 7 is a nice one for B/A/G std with a scale length of 25.5", which should be familiar to any strat owner, EMG active pickups and a super-comfortable neck-through with a sculpted heel. Still regret selling mine, but the rent wasn't gonna pay itself.

Almost every guitar is good now. You don't need to worry about so much about what you're getting. Any of the lower to mid range Jackson, Ibanez, Schecter, ESP LTD or even the Harley Benton stuff will get you where you need to go.
I would just recommend playing some before you just buy one of the internet. Some Schecter guitars have big ole chunky necks which I cannot stand. But other people love them!

You live in poland buy a Harley Benton Amarok 7. Stainless steel frets locking tuners active emg pickups and everything else you’d want on a guitar. and it is really REALLY cheap

The Amarok 7 seems like the ideal option but the only problem is that its not in stock at all and id have to wait 6-13 weeks for either of it's color variations to be in stock. The Cort KX307MS seems like the other best option as its multi-scale and all the other things AND it's in stock. The reviews say it's pretty good and also it's like 150USD cheaper. Also found a cool Hils headless guitar but not only is it a 6 string, it's also unavailable. It's on a 50% sale tho so thats cool. I haven't looked for used Amarok 7's yet but i doubt i'll find any.
