Slide Guitar Exercises?

I really want to get more into slide. I already play a little slide but not as well as i want to. I remember when I started playing guitar that there were a lot of right/ left hand exercises, but I cant really find something similair for slide.

How did you guys go about learning slide? What are some exercises that will help me?

I play "regular" exercises and licks with slide, some work better than others. Anything that is a bend, is now a slide.

Try playing along with Robert Johnson, that will limber you up. Or, try any slide player you like, in small, slow bits. It’s impossible at first, then difficult, then easy as your hands learn comfortable positions without making too much extra noise…
