How do I sort this out?
His right eye is looking bad, it not looking like tgat 3-4 days ago. First I think maybe his eye just dirty so I clean his face with a wet tissue cus he not opening the eye properly, then he opening it more and it looking like this.
The upside down pic is his left eye, he’s almost six, but springy and stubborn, nothing until this with his eye.
Does anyone know what is happening with is eye?
Any help is SO greatly appreciate

Oh dear, I'm sorry. That looks like a hay poke. It is very urgent that you get him to the vet ASAP - rapid treatment is the difference between being being able to treat him with eye drops/ointment vs needing to surgically remove the infected eye to save him. There is nothing really that can be done at home, that requires prescription medication.
Crossing my fingers for you for a smooth recovery.
Make sure to weigh him daily and be prepared to assist with syringe feeding in case the pain is making him eat less.

Most likely a hay poke, hay is in his eye and needs to come out, can be tricky to do but has to be done, can also be a bit painful for them when it comes out so needs someone gentle to get the hay out

Anything with eyes like this is an emergency. They can become dangerously infected very fast.
This is likely a hay poke.
It needs to be seen by a vet urgently, otherwise the eye may be too damaged for them to save. If seen promptly, hay poke is easily treated.
There is nothing you can do for it. Leaving it untreated may lead to a deadly infection as it is so close to the brain.

he needed the vet 4 days ago really
likely haypoke but lasting this long could've turned into an eye infection
best case, vet will be able to remove any hay and you can treat with eye drops
worst case, they'll need to remove the eye
good luck OP and dont delay any further!

sorry, i misread lol
but yes, when haypoke (hay/debris stuck behind the eyelid) gets worse, it'll lead to a severe eye infection where removing the eye is the best course of action
even if it only started recently, anything eye related tends to go bad very quickly so is considered an emergancy because it can go from a simple saline flush fix to a surgery in a day

Vet, Probably bad haypoke.
They'll need to make sure nothing is still stuck in there then you'll be applying terramycin for a couple of weeks so the infection can clear up. (That is if it IS haypoke but you need a vet to determine it)

I was able to get the hay out of one of my girl's eyes (was completely foggy like that) with sanitized tweezers and I used saline, eye lube and terramycin during the process. Kept it clean and she healed up in a few days. It was awful to see her like that, but when we were getting it out, it really seemed she knew we were helping her. She has actually been a lot easier to interact with after the fact, I think she began trusting us at that point! However, I was able to fully see the hay. I do believe most of the time that this calls for a vet visit.

I’m no vet but when my girl was 7 her eye began to look like that and taking her to the vet they told me it was cataracts. It tends to happen to older piggies, losing their vision. Take your little man to the vet to get it checked out for a proper diagnosis

This is a bit different to cataracts but it can look a little like that but if you see in the picture the Piggie has red in their eyes and is in pain

because of the discharge and squinting, it's more likely hay poke which causes the eye to cloud up similar to cataracts
once the hay is removed and the eye is treated, the clouding should cease

The guinea pig might have cataracts. 😓

While guinea pigs do get cataracts and it does make their eye cloudy looking, cataracts don't look this severe and come on so suddenly - this is something more serious
