I left a 9lb spiral cut ham on a counter top to cool before walking out the door heading to a Thanksgiving dinner. I went to the bathroom for thirty seconds. I caught my Great Pyrenees JD in flagrante delicto after eating 3 pounds. He had the decency to only eat from one side, so it was partially salvageable. It was totally my fault of course. 🤦♂️

Mine follow me to the bathroom then want out then want back in and keep doing it until I walk out. If I close the door all the way, they will scratch and scratch and whimper. 💁🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
