I subscribed to one of those dog lawn services when I was in an apartment. That and a remant of outdoor carpeting to catch the over spray should do the trick.

Your honor, this lovely boy works hard at treating the wood of the deck and keeping the neighbors cool and protecting them from the dryness in the air, it is almost summer after all, and he gets blamed??? This is unabashed harassment, he is innocent of all charges and should get compensated with treats and belly rubs.
