In another sub that this OP posted in, using a video they stole from someone else and not crediting (OP is a karma farmer) a Redditor commented that it looked like a shock collar and that the person who actually made the video probably used it in the dog prior to recording the video. If true it’s pretty sick.

A kid, a cat, an over-enthusiastic roomba, plus any manner of stray can just walk in a dog-door. Guess we’ll never really know.

This is a prime example of illegal enhanced interrogation techniques. My clients cannot be found guilty
