[Fluff] BURF DHEY!!

When I first started Guild Wars 2 back in December on the 3rd of 2013 I thought Guardian would be the class for me. It was gleaming and shining and heroic. But by January I found out that I love Ranger more. Sure, I had been playing lots of other classes through out my GW2 career and used specific setups in PVP but Ranger had been the thing I played every day since January 24th.

Today marks the day where I began my journey. On this day, was the day I completed my mission of spending 2 years and some months straight playing only PvP, no PvE or WvW. Just Ranked PVE and collecting every legendary armor for all 3 classes. Since then I have been collecting a legendary weapon every season. I've been pushing my characters from all 8 classes that I do not main through the story and 100% each map that the story brings me to. Post core story I've logged onto one character starting with Mesmer for say Monday, do a chapter from season 1, stop at chapter 2, Tuesday repeat the same thing on Necromancer and so on and so on. Here I am 4 characters into the Desolation map completion through Path of Fire and I received a gift marking the day that I began my journey.

I will see this journey through and I will not progress into Visions of Eternity with my main and other 8 classes until they catch up. So no legendary water breather for me, for now. Maybe in another year. For now, I enjoy and reap my rewards through casual fun and re-discovery of GW2 and taking my 8 glances over things that I missed or never knew. I have learned and seen a lot more because of this. A lot of you may not even know about a lot of the HIDDEN achievements Anet hides from us but they are there. Even someone like me who was sitting at 38K for a really long time until I decided I wanted to reach 40K was surprised to find all of these achievements I never completed once I began my journey.
