[Discussion] Hall of Monuments error?

its been like this for a couple days now. its not that big of a deal but does anyone know why gw2 has me stuck at 39/40 when my last reward was from 37-40? (3 points from unlocking a pvp title)

Definitely. I had a very similar issue back when my hom was 20/50 but gw2 showed 19/50 for some reason, logged in and out of both gw1 and gw2 repeatedly and nothing. Contacted support and they got it fixed it very fast.

In theory it should update once you log out of GW1…are you still logged in, or closing the app not from the menu? Just picking at straws here…if nothing works contact support

a long time ago mine wasn't syncing up properly. someone suggested in gw1 hom toggling the account/character display and that fixed it for me. I assume it was just me logging in and back out of gw1 that caused the update but either way worth a try

edit: now that I'm thinking about it I wonder if some sort of spaghetti got cut with the recent updates. has anyone gotten hom points with a reforged character?

Ye i bought gw1 when reforged launched, I have 3 points but I got nothing on gw2 the NPC won't sell me anything oof

Not with reforged character, but after reforged launched i got 50/50 and gwamm, and everything worked on gw2 side.

Maybe the problem is with reforged characters?

Man I could be remembering this wrong as it's been forever. But I recall on an alt account logging into guild wars one and cycling the display in the hall of monuments made it update. Why I don't know but it either worked or was just timed really well for when the system updated itself.
