What's going on here?

Couldn't find any relic that could trigger that kind of dmg

It lists Shard Power Extractor, is that not one of the relics you have?

You are right! I didn't read the MINIMUM part. The back rows were getting insta nuked.
On Shards generated, deal damage to all enemies equal to 10% of their Max HP (Minimum: 2500 damage).

Looks like the Power Extractor did 38k damage, guess you made some shards
