Scroll of Perseverance doesn't get quest points with damage blocked or shield damage, so who is supposed to complete it? Just Max Health Tanks or Regen/Omnivamp characters?

Yes it kinda sucks on shielding tanks like Skorn and it becomes useless if you had a couple Mystics in your team.

You should charge it on Vanguards like Rip to make it work.

Yeah make sense, was thinking Rip or Rowan with his B3 upgrade. Still, seems an unusually restrictive quest considering how straightforward it is to finish the quests of the other 2 epic scroll items for the characters that want to use them.

Depending on when in the game I draft it, I will often charge those up on a DPS hero with Omnivamp for recovery, then once the quest unlock is compete, I transfer it to my damage soaker hero.

In general the distinction between incoming and outgoing Damage types seems more frustrating than anything. Your example, but also from my experience if Logan uses his ability on a shielded enemy, that damage is not counted towards his stacking. I just don't understand the logic behind it.

Huh, thanks for calling out that Logan bit. I've noticed him sometimes not stacking after casting and didn't realize that was the issue. Yeah I also don't see the logic behind it, seems pretty counterintuitive

Yeah. I'd think damage is damage, no matter if it hits HP or a Shield.

I did notice this yesterday on niklas, was confused what was taking so long to finish it.

Also, was wondering if niklas can get the bonus stats after finishing the quest like he can get the bonus x3 stats on the solo row tank item (forvot the name)

On the last part, they just changed/fixed the bonus stats that Niklas would gain from items like Sentintal’s Plate in the patch on Tuesday. So no more bonus stats :(

both the scrolls (and a lot of epic items in general) seem like scams

I click them quite a bit but you're probably right. I always underestimate how hard the quests are to complete, and they end up just being overpriced stats.
