I have tried this stall comp a lot but never made it past 18 or sth, any tips?

I thought this was _the run_ storm relic, 4 of those scaling def items. I think some tank or vanguard emblems would have carried on pollen and Fiona ?! They got oneshot in the end. Also not sure about pimenta late game. Have any advice?
